If you have not ordered the right size despite the size chart, you can request a free returns label from us.

If you want to keep your SRG1 in good condition for as long as possible, hand wash it in lukewarm water. It only takes a few minutes.

However, if you don’t want to do without machine washing, you can do so. Always use the gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees. Never spin-dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not use bleach.

In the design and functionality of the SRG1, we have placed great emphasis on comfort and fit within the glove. As a result, there are slight differences and irregularities at the interfaces of the materials in the visible outer area. This is not a sign of poor workmanship, but the price of handmade production and the fact that the SRG1 is sewn “inside out” – i.e. has an external seam. In combination with very light materials, this leads to an unattractive appearance in the eyes of some observers.

We understand this, but we subordinate this impression to maximum comfort, high performance and good air circulation. An exchange is therefore only possible if there are tears or holes in the material.

Shipping & delivery

We attach great importance to fast and reliable shipping. That’s why we and our service providers do our best every day to process your order in the best possible way. We have summarized the most frequently asked questions and answers for you here.

Worldwide Tracking

Each of our deliveries are labeled with a DHL Tracking Code and are fully trackable.

Return shipment

We will also bear the shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim. You will receive a return label on request, which you just need to attach to your parcel.

Our Fulfillment Center usually sends the parcel with DHL on the same day as the order. You will be kept fully informed of the entire shipping process by email and can track your parcel using the tracking number.

0 Euro. We cover all costs for packaging and shipping.

We usually use DHL for parcel delivery. We use other parcel services such as GLS or UPS if required.

In order for us to be able to make any claims for transport damage against the transport company, we are dependent on your assistance in the event of transport damage. Please check the shipment for possible damage immediately upon receipt of the goods.

In the event of externally recognizable transport damage, we ask you to report this to the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL) upon receipt of the delivery. The carrier will then acknowledge the delivery bill with appropriate information. Please also inform us with a brief note and ideally with a picture of the damaged packaging via email to support@gcom360.online.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option due to our fulfillment logistics center. However, shipping is very fast and usually takes place on the same day the order is placed, or the next working day at the latest.
