Our fulfillment center usually sends the parcel with DHL on the same day as the order. You will be kept fully informed of the entire shipping process by email and can track your parcel using the tracking number.

0 Euro. We cover all costs for packaging and shipping.

Parcel shipments are usually delivered by DHL. We use other parcel services such as GLS or UPS if required.

Yes, the delivery address may differ from the billing address. Simply enter the desired addresses in the appropriate fields when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option due to our fulfillment logistics center. However, shipping is very fast and usually takes place on the same day the order is placed.

In order for us to be able to make any claims for transport damage against the transport company, we are dependent on your assistance in the event of transport damage. Please check the shipment for possible damage immediately upon receipt of the goods.


In the event of externally visible transport damage, we ask you to report this to the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL) upon receipt of the delivery. The carrier will then acknowledge the delivery bill with appropriate information. Please also inform us with a brief note and ideally with a picture of the damaged packaging via email to support@gcom360.online.
