We attach great importance to fast and reliable shipping. That’s why we and our service providers do our best every day to process your order in the best possible way. We have summarized the most frequently asked questions and answers for you here:

Through our own fulfillment center, we usually ship the package with DHL on the same day as the order. You will be kept fully informed of the entire shipping process by e-mail and can track your parcel using the tracking number

Depending on the items ordered, you will be informed of the delivery price during checkout in the SHOP. We ship free of charge within Germany.

Parcel shipments are usually delivered by DHL. We use other parcel services such as GLS or UPS if required.

Yes, the delivery address may differ from the billing address. Simply enter the desired addresses in the appropriate fields when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option due to our fulfillment logistics center. However, shipping is very fast and usually takes place on the same day the order is placed.

In order for us to be able to make any claims for transport damage against the transport company, we are dependent on your assistance in the event of transport damage. Please check the consignment for possible damage immediately on receipt of the goods and, in the event of externally visible transport damage, please make a complaint to the shipping company on receipt of the delivery. Please then acknowledge the delivery bill with the relevant information. In the event of transport damage, please complete the defect report and send it to info@xclsv.de. We will contact you immediately and find a solution.
